very nice experience

helpful staff big room

i had a really awesome stay. the front desk staff gave super helpful dinner recommendations. the room was very big AND had plenty of space. breakfast included delicious cook to order options.

the tub and shower was VERY high. it would be a challenge for elderly people. i wish there was more consideration.

town location room comfort amazing staff deep tub bathroom tile mold spot

Location was so convenient to town. The comfort of the rooms was great. The staff were amazing nice too. Access to the lounge for coffee was a bonus.

The tub is deep. I almost killed myself getting out of it. The bathroom tile needs a scrubbing too. The grout has spots that look like mold.

the location was good for exploring. it was quite central.

the mattress was firm. i found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because of this hard mattress. i really think the hotel needs to look at this.

I liked the helpful staff. They found us an adapter. It helped us. They let us keep our car after checkout. Breakfast was good. The location was nice too. I found the room quite large. Staff was very friendly.

The front desk staffs was not professional. I paid for upgrade. There was no bathrobes. When they did arrive, they reminded me of hard towels.

fantastic stay!

central location cute staff

I loved the central location, it made exploring so easy! the staff was super cute and helpful with all our questions. i found the on-site parking convenient. I didn't worry about finding spots.

the breakfast service was a bit slow . my tea arrived way before the food, so it wasn't hot anymore when i finally ate.

My superior king room was lovely, it was super clean and comfortable. it had automatic lighting. Controlling it was straightforward. the room had a mini bar stocked with drinks and snacks.

fresh choices super clean room superior room

the staff showed such care, it warmed my heart. our superior king room offered a beautiful sanctuary. i especially loved the cleanliness of the room and it was super clean. breakfast felt special with so many fresh choices available.

the iron in my room didn't work initially. it was quickly resolved though.

helpful receptionist spacious room superb location

the receptionist was amazing and very helpful upon arrival. i received directions to the hotel carpark. the room was spacious. the location was superb and everything was within walking distance.
